Job Description

Job Description:

  • Contact potential and existing merchants to pitch assigned products and close a sale
  • Good knowledge and understanding of assigned products and translate them to merchant-comprehensive manners
  • Understand merchant requirements and summarize findings as reports for business improvements
  • Coordinate with related teams to get the required information to assist sales process
  • Understand and navigate through the necessary internal execution processes
  • Keep records of calls and sales in an accurate manner and note useful information
  • Actively monitor competitors offers by tracking merchant sentiment and conversations
  • Achieve monthly business KPIs
  • Perform related duties upon request

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and impactful messaging to merchants
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
  • Adaptable to changing circumstances and market trends, swiftly adjusting strategies for optimal performance
  • Able to work on-site
