Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target prospective merchants that align with Skyro's business goals and customer base.
- Acquire and onboard SMEs for online while developing and maintaining partnerships.
- Pitch and present Skyro's payment and financing solutions to merchant decision-makers.
- Handle end-to-end process which includes Lead Generation, Client Presentation, Negotiations and Strategic marketing program implementation.
- Negotiate partnership terms and close merchant acquisition deals in line with growth targets.
- Manage the onboarding process for new merchants, ensuring smooth integration into the Skyro platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to drive engagement and long-term partnership success.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, and risk) to support merchant needs.
- Track and report acquisition activities, pipeline progress, and market insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant partnerships preferably in fintech, banking, or payments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
