About the Role

In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing the sourcing, selection, and procurement of products within specific categories.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing, quality, and delivery terms
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock availability and minimizing overstock
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring high-quality products
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity
  • Assist in the creation of promotional campaigns and memos; and distribution to branches

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Required Skills

  • Preferably with purchasing experience in a retail setup
  • Excellent in oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Has keen attention to details
  • MS Office proficient
