About The Role
Sunpride Foods, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Merchandising Specialist to join our team. This full-time role will be responsible for ensuring our products are effectively merchandised and displayed in retail stores, driving sales and enhancing the customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales
- Regularly visit assigned retail stores to audit product placement, shelf conditions, and inventory levels
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure in-store promotions and displays are executed to plan
- Provide feedback and recommendations to the wider business on merchandising best practices
- Maintain detailed records and report on store performance and compliance
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a merchandising or retail operations role
- Strong understanding of effective retail merchandising principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with store personnel
- Keen eye for detail and ability to identify opportunities for improvement
- Proficient in using relevant retail data and analytics to inform merchandising decisions
- Adaptable and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
