Position Overview
The Visual Merchandising & Store Display Specialist is responsible for supporting showroom presentation, promotional installations, and in-store branding activities across assigned locations. The role focuses on maintaining visually organized product displays, assisting in marketing setups, and ensuring store presentation standards are properly implemented.
This position also supports store activations, promotional events, and field coordination to help improve customer engagement and overall store appearance.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate of any Bachelors Degree program
- Experience in visual merchandising, retail presentation, event setup, store coordination, or promotional display activities is an advantage
- Willing to travel and conduct field assignments within the Mandaue and nearby areas
- Knowledgeable in handling store display arrangements, promotional materials, and branding execution
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Organized and capable of managing multiple store setup schedules and field activities
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace tools
- Detail-oriented with strong appreciation for layout arrangement, product presentation, and visual standards
- Able to coordinate effectively with store teams, suppliers, and operational personnel
- Physically fit and willing to assist in setup, installation, and movement of display materials
- Can work independently and efficiently under minimal supervision
- Flexible, proactive, and willing to start immediately
- Willing to be assigned in the Matina, Davao Area
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and implementing store display setups, showroom arrangements, and promotional installations
- Ensure proper placement and presentation of products, signage materials, and promotional assets
- Conduct field visits to monitor store appearance, display quality, and promotional execution
- Coordinate with branch personnel and operations teams regarding setup schedules and merchandising requirements
- Support marketing activities, in-store events, and promotional campaigns
- Prepare and organize display materials, booth items, and visual merchandising tools
- Maintain proper handling and safekeeping of promotional and display assets
- Submit field reports, setup updates, and monitoring documentation as required
- Identify display concerns and recommend improvements for better visual presentation and customer engagement
- Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of display and promotional areas during operations
- Perform additional merchandising and operational support tasks assigned by management
