Merchandising Officer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in merchandise planning, allocation, and inventory management
• Track product development timelines and ensure on-time delivery of all merchandise deliverables
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and replenishment requirements across channels
• Manage stock allocation and support replenishment planning to avoid overstocking or stock-outs
• Prepare monthly sell-through reports to evaluate product performance
• Compute and analyze Average Daily Sales (ADS) to identify hero products and slow movers
• Provide data-driven insights to support merchandising and buying decisions
• Assist in improving inventory efficiency and overall product performance

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Retail / E-Commerce Merchandising
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management, stock allocation, demand planning, or retail merchandising principles is a plus.
• Ability to prepare reports, analyze product performance, and provide actionable recommendations based on data.
• Eagerness to learn, proactive mindset, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Amenable to work in E. Rodriguez Sr. Ave., Quezon City.
