Merchandising Manager

Successful candidates will be in charge of monitoring sales performance, analyzing market trends, and ensuring excellent customer service through proper stock availability and engagement. The role also includes coordinating with suppliers and other departments to maintain seamless operations and achieve sales and profitability goals. The Category Manager will also handle and oversee the Fresh Category.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Proficiency in Sales and Inventory Management
• Experience in strategic Assortment planning and execution
• Analytical thinking and ability to interpret market trends
• Leadership skills with team management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in retail or a similar role is an advantage
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
