A Merchandising Assistant supports the merchandising team with administrative, analytical, and operational tasks. The role focuses on managing product assortment, inventory, sales performance, and merchandising reports, especially for watches and retail stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Help allocate watches/products to retail stores to maintain proper stock and display.
- Track inventory levels and analyze sales data.
- Assist with pricing strategies and product performance analysis.
- Create reports on sales performance, inventory turnover, and profitability.
- Identify best-selling items and slow-moving products.
- Stay updated on watch trends in the market.
- Work with sales associates and customers to ensure product knowledge and proper display.
- Provide administrative support to the merchandising manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Business Administration or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail and organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in boutique or retail stores is a plus but not required
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Must live in Manila or be willing to work in Binondo, Manila
- Available to start immediately
