Merchandiser Supervisor

TCGlobal Inc. (Quincy Supermarket) is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Merchandiser Supervisor to oversee merchandising operations, inventory monitoring, and supplier coordination within our supermarket.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily merchandising activities and personnel
• Ensure proper product display, stocking, and shelf availability
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
• Coordinate with suppliers and merchandisers regarding deliveries and promotions
• Ensure compliance with merchandising standards and store policies
• Prepare reports and provide updates to management
• Lead and support the merchandising team in achieving operational goals
  
  

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in merchandising, retail operations, or supermarket industry
• Supervisory experience is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in inventory management and product display standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Willing to work in a fast-paced retail environment
