Merchandise Operations Supervisor

The Merchandise Operations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the right products are available at the right stores and channels to support sales growth, inventory health, and efficient merchandise movement. This role executes allocation and inventory plans, maintains data accuracy, and ensures operational readiness across retail stores and e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by ensuring optimal merchandise availability and allocation across stores and e-commerce channels.
• Monitor inventory levels, sell-through rates, and stock health to maximize turnover and minimize aging inventory.
• Execute merchandise allocation plans and support new store openings with complete inventory readiness.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, reporting, and data integrity across all channels.
• Oversee inventory governance, shrinkage control, stock audits, and compliance with operational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in merchandise operations, inventory management, merchandising, or retail operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory planning, allocation, stock management, and retail operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory or ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
