Job Summary
The Division Merchandise Manager for Private Label (PRIVATE LABEL MANAGER) is responsible for driving the overall strategy, development, and performance of the company's private label products. Manages product selection, pricing, supplier partnerships, and inventory to drive profitability and align with brand goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute merchandising strategies, including product assortment, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales and margins
- Identify market trends and customer needs to drive product innovation and oversee
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability
- Analyze sales performance, prepare actionable reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance with company standards and quality requirements
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5–8 years of merchandising experience, preferably in retail or private label
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on sales and profitability
- Excellent negotiation and supplier management capabilities
