Merchandise & Inventory Executive - Office Hour, Premium Fashion Industry

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9.00am-6.00pm

Location: Paya Lebar/ Geylang East

Salary: $2,200 to $3,000 per month

Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in merchandising, inventory and e-commerce operations

Key Responsibilities:

Merchandise & Inventory

• Manage incoming stock and ensure accurate stock receiving
• Generate product barcodes and prepare merchandise for retail deployment
• Coordinate stock packing, tagging and labelling
• Monitor inventory levels across retail stores and online channels
• Arrange stock transfers, replenishment and store deliveries
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the system

E-Commerce & Reporting

• Process and monitor online orders for timely fulfilment
• Update website product listings and product information
• Prepare sales, inventory and merchandise reports
• Support basic analysis of sales performance and stock trends

Production & Retail Support

• Assist with production orders, trim procurement and preparation
• Coordinate with retail teams on merchandise presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Support collection launches, seasonal campaigns, sample sales, fairs and promotional events
• Work closely with logistics, retail, design and marketing teams

Requirements

• Diploma in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Business, Logistics or related fields
• Experience in fashion merchandising, inventory or retail operations is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with Shopify POS, Stocky, Katana or similar inventory systems is an advantage
• Comfortable working in a retail environment and travelling to the retail store when required
