About the Role

We have partnered with a company with a vision to provide businesses, organizations and individuals

Australia-wide with competitively priced high-quality office furniture and interior solutions. You will be joining

a fast-growing online division responsible for providing post-sales support to new and existing customers and

managing orders by liaising with all internal stakeholders.

We're looking for a detail-oriented Merchandise Coordinator to support our merchandising team by

maintaining accurate product information and ensuring a seamless product setup process. In this role, you'll

manage SKU creation, product listings, pricing updates, and catalog maintenance while ensuring data

accuracy and consistency. Your work will help deliver an organized, up-to-date product catalog that enhances

the customer shopping experience across product collections.

What you'll be working on:

● Manage product data and support product launches

● Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and specifications

● Perform bulk uploads, data checks, and audits

● Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, orders, and timelines

● Track samples, production, and supplier updates

● Handle purchase orders and documentation

● Generate reports and analyze data using Excel

● Support inventory tracking and competitor checks

● Resolve product or delivery issues

● Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders

What we're looking for:

● At least 1-2 years of experience in merchandising, product administration, product data management,

inventory, or a related role.

● Experience handling SKUs, product catalogs, or product listings.

● Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data

cleaning.

● High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

● Ability to manage large volumes of data accurately and efficiently.

● Experience in retail, furniture, e-commerce, or consumer goods is an advantage.

● Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

● Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
