Job Description

Your impact

  • Develop and manage MEPF Revit models and documentation for infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with project scope and standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers, modelers, and project stakeholders to meet BIM deliverables and technical requirements.
  • Serve as the primary BIM contact within the team, escalating complex issues to technical leads or department heads.
  • Apply and enforce international BIM standards, particularly ISO 19650, across all project stages.
  • Ensure timely and quality-assured delivery of models and drawings in accordance with project schedules and budgets.
  • Set up and maintain Common Data Environments (CDEs), perform model audits, and ensure compliance with Exchange and Project Information Requirements.
  • Conduct automated clash detection and facilitate virtual design coordination meetings.
  • Provide BIM training, support software transitions, and mentor junior staff and cross-functional teams on BIM workflows and standards.

Here's what you'll need

  • Preferably holds a relevant Bachelor's/College Degree or an equivalent diploma in drafting technology.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in 3D modeling, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience using Autodesk Revit.
  • Proficient in Revit and experienced in disciplines such as Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Piping, Fire Protection, Mechanical, Telecom, and Control & Instrumentation.
  • Strong communication skills and resilience in handling critical feedback.
  • Able to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and patient in producing high-quality outputs.
