Meped Superintendent

Calmia Nickel, Inc. is a Philippines-based company specializing in nickel exploration and development, with a primary focus on mineral resources in Brooke's Point, Palawan. Operating under an agreement with MacroAsia Mining Corporation (MMC), the company oversees the exploration, operation, and management of a mining tenement under MPSA No. 220-2005-IVB. The MEPED Superintendent will oversee the daily operational and maintenance tasks for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and drainage (MEPED) systems at Calmia Nickel's on-site location in Puerto Princesa. Responsibilities include supervising a team of skilled personnel, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with relevant departments, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This is a full-time, on-site role demanding strong leadership and hands-on project management expertise to optimize operations and achieve project goals efficiently.

• Strong expertise in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and drainage systems, including operation and maintenance
• Experience in project management, resource allocation, and team supervision to lead and coordinate operational activities
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, workplace safety, and environmental standards in mining and construction
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address technical and operational challenges
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to collaborate with teams and other departments effectively
• Proficiency in technical documentation and compliance reporting
• Degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications or advanced training is an advantage
• Previous experience in mining operations or large-scale construction projects is highly beneficial
