We're Hiring: MEPF Testing & Commissioning Manager
Are you an experienced MEPF professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality building systems We're looking for a Testing & Commissioning (T&C) Manager to drive the successful execution of MEPF commissioning activities across our projects.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring all systems are safe, compliant, and fully operational before project handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and coordination of all MEPF Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities.
- Oversee the preparation and execution of pre-commissioning, functional testing, and integrated system testing.
- Review and validate T&C procedures, test results, and documentation to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate closely with contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve technical issues and ensure system readiness.
- Ensure the safety, quality, and performance of all commissioned systems prior to project turnover.
- Manage T&C teams, ensuring proper reporting, documentation, and timely completion of deliverables.
- Support system handover, client demonstrations, and operational training activities.
We're Looking For
- Proven experience in MEPF Testing & Commissioning within construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Solid understanding of MEPF systems testing standards and procedures
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight project deadlines
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
