Job Description

Your impact

  • Serve as the primary client contact for MEP construction supervision, including progress reporting, safety, financial recommendations, quality control, and design modifications.
  • Foster strong relationships with the Project Manager, client, and contractor counterparts to ensure collaboration and trust.
  • Lead and enforce safe construction practices (Target Zero) while maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project.
  • Monitor construction progress against the program, implement corrective actions, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Review and comment on contractor's method statements, contractual claims, and ensure compliance with quality control procedures and audits.
  • Identify and manage project risks, contribute to safety and buildability reviews, and provide inputs for project reports.

Here's what you'll need

  • Minimum 3-5+ years experience as an MEP inspector.
  • Bachelor's degree on Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in Ports & Maritime projects is preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing construction projects
  • Familiarity with international and local engineering and construction methods, applicable codes, and specifications related to Ports & Maritime
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to be assign onsite on a project basis.
