MEP Consultant / Service Designer
Remote | Philippines-based
We're looking for an experienced MEP Consultant / Service Designer with strong exposure to data centers or complex infrastructure projects to support an innovative AI-driven construction platform.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering, design coordination, and product development, helping transform real-world MEP expertise into smarter tools for the construction industry.
What you will do:
- Review and interpret MEP designs and specifications for large-scale commercial or data center projects
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build realistic demo projects and technical datasets
- Identify design coordination risks across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Support product demos and pilot sessions by explaining design insights and risk detection outputs
- Provide technical support on MEP-related questions for customers
- Contribute to product workflows based on real-world engineering practices
What we are looking for:
- Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer in the Philippines (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in MEP design, coordination, or consultancy
- Experience working on data centers or mission-critical infrastructure
- Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, or BIM workflows
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts clearly
- Bonus: Experience with digital tools, simulations, AI, or BIM integrations
