Customer Support Representative – Mental Health Support Specialist

Location: Bridgetowne, Quezon City, Metro Manila

Work Setup: Onsite

Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Job Summary

We are looking for Customer Support Representatives to join our Mental Health Support Specialist account. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries related to mental health services and benefits, provide accurate information, and deliver exceptional customer support while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer inquiries related to behavioral and mental health services.
Provide accurate information regarding member benefits, coverage, and available services.
Assist customers with account-related concerns while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently or escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining empathy, professionalism, and active listening skills.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications

College Graduate with or without BPO experience.
Completed at least 2 years in college with a minimum of 6 months of work experience.
Above-average English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good comprehension skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
