Role Description

We are seeking a Mental Health Specialist holding an RPsy or RGC qualification to provide professional mental health care services. This full-time role involves conducting client assessments, delivering therapeutic interventions, facilitating care plans, and performing crisis interventions. The specialist will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to manage cases, monitor progress, and offer support to empower individuals in their mental health journeys. This role is on-site and located in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver individualized, trauma-informed care to clients via onsite and virtual sessions
  • Support professionals in Trust & Safety functions, high-stress environments, and post-trauma situations
  • Partner with the internal clinical team to refine programs and share clinical best practices
  • Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to provide onsite support when required by client needs

Qualifications

  • Holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or Guidance Counselling
  • Possesses an active and valid local license in good standing
  • Has 3 years of supervised clinical experience post-Master's (including internships completed as part of licensure requirements)
  • Demonstrates strong proficiency in English; knowledge of the local language is an advantage
  • Prior experience with EAP and/or adult counselling is preferred
  • Experience in trauma, crisis support, or Trust & Safety teams is preferred
