About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Project Manager & Consultant to support clients in the mental health and rehabilitation sector. This role delivers end-to-end consulting services, from early-stage business planning through to clinic launch and post-launch optimisation.

You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring regulatory compliance, operational readiness, and high-quality delivery.

This role combines strategic consulting, project management, and healthcare compliance expertise.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience launching, scaling, or supporting healthcare-related businesses
  • Background working with clinics, rehabilitation services, pharmacies, medicinal product manufacturers, or healthcare organisations
  • Strong experience developing policies, procedures, and operational documentation
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and time-management skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages simultaneously
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with healthcare regulations

Role Requirements

  • Full-time availability (38 hours per week)
  • Must be able to work during Australian business hours
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
  • Professional appearance and conduct for client-facing interactions
  • Dedicated, quiet workspace with a professional background suitable for video calls
