Key Responsibilities
- Ensures that consultations and psychotherapy are aligned with MedGrocer's scheduling system and teleconsultation protocols.
- Collaborates with the Mental Health team for client triaging and escalations, and develops holistic mental health interventions for clients.
- Coordinates with the Mental Health team and company representatives to align on protocols, provide operational reports, and assist in other requests related to the mental health program.
- Assesses clients mental and emotional well-being through wellness check-ins and emergency handling.
- Monitors program effectiveness and suggests necessary improvements to further develop current systems.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently taking a Master's degree in Psychology.
- Willingness to work from home during the weekend graveyard shift with occasional trainings in the Makati office.
- Preferably has a background in Mental Health or Employee Assistance Programs.
