Role Description The Memorial Lot Inventory Monitoring Staff role is a full-time, on-site position based in Makati. This role is responsible for monitoring and updating memorial lot inventory records, ensuring accuracy of lot availability across all relevant systems and documentation. Daily tasks include recording and monitoring lot inventory, reconciling physical lot maps with digital records, and coordinating with sales, operations, and IT teams to resolve inventory discrepancies. The role involves preparing regular inventory reports, maintaining organized files and databases, and supporting audits and inspections related to lot allocation and utilization. The staff member also responds to internal inquiries about lot status, helps improve inventory tracking processes, and adheres to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record keeping, and document management.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, database or inventory systems) and comfort working with digital records and maps.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and addressing internal inquiries.
  • Organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple inventories at once.
  • Analytical skills for reviewing data, identifying inconsistencies, and supporting inventory audits and reconciliations.
  • Ability to work on-site in Makati and maintain a professional, discreet approach in a memorial park and death care services setting.
  • Previous experience in inventory control, administration, or records management is an advantage.
  • Completion of at least a college-level program in business, finance, administration, engineering or a related field is preferred.
