Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Membership Coordinator to support the daily operations of the Membership Department. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional service to members, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and upholding the high standards of Mount Malarayat Golf & Country Club.
Membership Services- Maintain excellent relationships with members and their guests
- Respond promptly to membership inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Monitor and update membership records and status
- Ensure timely communication of club updates, events, and promotions
- Oversee issuance of membership IDs and car stickers.
Membership Processing- Facilitate new applications, renewals, and documentation requirements
- Conduct applicant interviews, orientations, and site tours
- Maintain accurate and organized member database
- Send reminders for expiring memberships and renewals
Events & Tournaments- Assist in organizing club tournaments and member events
- Coordinate event logistics and banquet requirements
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless execution
- Support awarding ceremonies and event completion
Sales & Administrative Support- Assist in telemarketing and sales call coordination
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales reports
- Maintain sales trackers and documentation
- Provide administrative support to the Membership Manager and team
Additional Duties- Assist in board meetings, stockholders meetings, and club events
- Prepare reports and documentation as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality or club operations
- Background in sales and marketing is an advantage

Reporting Line- Reports directly to the Membership Supervisor
