Virtual Rockstar is hiring a Medical Virtual Assistant on behalf of a busy specialty medical practice to support front desk operations, primarily by handling high-volume incoming phone calls and assisting with patient scheduling. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, EHR experience, and the ability to think critically and problem-solve independently.
This position plays a key role in giving the in-person team breathing room by serving as the first point of contact for many incoming calls.

Answer high-volume incoming phone calls as the first point of contact
Assist patients with scheduling appointments
Confirm and cancel appointments as requested

Manage appointment calendars
Maintain accurate patient records in the EHR

Easy to understand on the phone (clear spoken English)
