  • Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and healthcare scheduling software
  • Background in medical billing and insurance verification is a plus
  • Previous experience in a remote healthcare support role preferred
