Medical Training Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Training Specialist to support training, onboarding, and performance development for healthcare-related operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in U.S.-based health education, care coordination, or medical administrative roles
- Strong knowledge of patient education workflows, medical documentation, care coordination, and HIPAA/PHI compliance
- Experience in onboarding, coaching, mock call simulations, and Skills Evaluation Interviews (SEIs)
- Familiarity with EHR/Practice Management systems such as Epic and Athenahealth
- Proficient in TalentLMS, Salesforce, Canva, Calendly, and Google Workspace
- Excellent communication skills with empathy, adaptability, and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and improve healthcare training materials and micro-learning modules
- Conduct live and recorded training sessions on workflows and patient communication
- Perform SEIs, track learner progress, and provide structured coaching feedback
- Support trainees with workflow guidance and communication best practices
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate EHR documentation standards in all training activities
Salary budget: Up to $1,300, depending on your experience and qualifications.
