Job SummaryThe Medical Technologist is responsible for performing routine and specialized laboratory tests with accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to clinical standards. This role supports timely and reliable diagnostic results essential to patient care and physician decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Perform laboratory tests in hematology, clinical chemistry, urinalysis, serology, and microbiology as assigned
- Ensure proper specimen handling, labeling, and storage
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment
- Validate test results and report abnormalities promptly
- Follow DOH, ISO, and internal quality assurance protocols
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation
- Observe infection control and biosafety standards
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or equivalent
- Registered Medical Technologist (PRC licensed)
- 13 years experience preferred but fresh passers welcome
- Strong attention to detail and ethical standards
