Luxura Aesthetic Medical Spa is looking for an experienced, ambitious, and results-driven Medical Spa Sales Manager to lead our team and drive revenue across our medical spa.

This is not a traditional management position. We're looking for a leader who is passionate about sales, thrives in a high-performance environment, and leads by example. The ideal candidate is an experienced closer who knows how to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales and front desk teams
• Conduct consultations and confidently close high-ticket treatment packages
• Drive monthly sales goals and overall spa performance
• Track KPIs and hold the team accountable for results
• Train the team on consultations, closing techniques, follow-up, and client communication
• Assist clients with financing options and financing applications
• Oversee daily spa operations to ensure an exceptional client experience
• Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing team members
• Maintain a positive, professional, and results-driven culture

Qualifications

• Previous management experience required
• Proven track record of closing high-ticket sales
• Medical spa, aesthetics, cosmetic, or luxury service industry experience strongly preferred
• Experience with financing companies and financing applications preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Highly organized and results-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
