Position: Medical Social Worker
Job Description
The Medical Social Worker screens patients who apply for the hospital's Health Service Program (HSP). He/she mediates, facilitates, and mobilizes internal resources within patient and family members and external resources within hospital and community for health-related needs Of patients and family members to restore their social functioning.
Qualifications
Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Social Work
Must be a Registered Social Worker
Must be an active member of the Philippine Association of Social Workers Inc.
No Experience Required.
