Job Description

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, networking, and targeted lead generation strategies.
  • Negotiate and Close Sales: Drive the sales process with strong negotiation skills, effectively closing deals to meet or exceed targets.
  • Cultivate Client Relationships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business, referrals, and sustained growth.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or surpass assigned sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Demonstrate Product Expertise: Provide in-depth product knowledge to clients, ensuring effective presentations and informed purchasing decisions.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement tailored sales strategies to maximize opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead generation, sales generation, product expertise, strategy, reporting
  • Highlighted collaboration with internal teams and after sales-support
  • Strengthened sections around client relationships and training support

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • At least 2 yrs experience in the relevant industry (aesthetics, Gyne, or Ortho-rehab)
  • Preferably with experience in medical fields and clinical fields
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong presentation and demonstration abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Nursing or any related field
