Role Description The Medical Sales Representative (NCR) will be responsible for promoting and selling InnoGen's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and institutions within the National Capital Region, with a primary base in Quezon City. This full-time, on-site role includes regular visits to clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to provide product information, conduct presentations, and build strong professional relationships. The representative will plan and execute territory coverage, organize product detailing activities, and ensure achievement of sales targets while adhering to ethical marketing standards. Daily tasks also include market monitoring, reporting on competitor activities, maintaining accurate customer records, and coordinating with internal teams to support promotional campaigns and customer needs. The role requires proactive engagement with healthcare providers to reinforce InnoGen's commitment to quality, innovation, and patient welfare.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management, product detailing, and achievement of sales targets.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers.
  • Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine or Pharmacy to confidently discuss product indications, benefits, and proper use.
  • Candidates should ideally have experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, preferably within the NCR or similar markets.
  • Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in an on-site, field-based role.
  • Candidates should be willing to travel within assigned territories, maintain ethical conduct, and align with InnoGen's values and commitment to improving patient outcomes.
