Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati for a Medical Sales Representative. The role involves promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, providing product knowledge, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues. The representative will also collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Medical Sales with a sound understanding of medicine and pharmacy-related products
• Exceptional oral and written Communication skills and a proactive approach to building professional relationships
• Strong Customer Service orientation with a focus on meeting client needs and maintaining satisfaction
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Biology, or Business is preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous
