This position is responsible for providing awareness, distribution, and continuous medical education regarding medical equipment and consumable products to all stakeholders of IDS Medical Systems Philippines, Inc.
Core Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with an assigned set of customers in order to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure customers have a positive experience.
- Develop new account relationships in the assigned territory to enhance customer penetration.
- Proactively identify opportunities/new sales leads, understand customer requirements, prepare quotations, follow up, and monitor closely to win deals.
- Work closely with the Product and Clinical Specialist to organize product demonstrations and facilitate customer training.
Minimum Requirements:
- The candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Science, or equivalent.
- With at least two (2) years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical industry handling medical consumables and equipment.
- Highly independent and motivated with the commitment to reach sales targets.
- Knowledgeable about government bidding.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Amenable to traveling around our priority areas of assignment.
- Adept in MS Office applications, such as Excel and Word.
- Required languages: English and Filipino.
