Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Clark, Pampanga for a Medical Intake Representative. The role involves assisting clients with the initial stages of their disability benefit application process, collecting vital medical and personal information to build their case. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate documentation, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining clear and professional communication with clients and related parties.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills and outbound sales to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Basic knowledge or experience in medicine and pharmacy to understand client cases and medical terminology
• Experience in medical sales or a similar field is beneficial but not required
• Proficient organizational and data management skills
• Ability to work on-site with a team-oriented attitude
