Job Summary
The Medical Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the companys pharmaceutical and healthcare products to doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals within an assigned territory. The role involves extensive fieldwork, including hospital visits, product presentations, and the execution of marketing and sales activities to achieve sales targets and strengthen brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote company products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals through regular hospital and clinic visits within the assigned area
- Conduct product detailing, presentations, and demonstrations to healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), doctors, and hospital staff
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and coverage objectives
- Plan and manage daily fieldwork activities, including call planning and territory management
- Organize and participate in marketing activities such as product launches, medical meetings, and promotional events
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and field activity reports
Qualification
- Graduates with a Bachelor's Degree in any Medical course, Business Administration, or Marketing (Fresh graduates are an advantage)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Keen interest in healthcare products and services
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving market dynamics, customer needs, and product offerings
- Sales-driven personality
- Willing to do fieldwork from Monday to Friday and work from home on Saturdays
