What You'll Do

  • Review and verify medical reports for completeness and accuracy
  • Maintain and update documentation across systems and databases
  • Handle inquiries and communications with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and internal standards
  • Identify, flag, and escalate documentation or compliance issues
  • Ensure timely submission of required reports and records
  • Support audits and preparation activities
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve QA concerns and improve processes

Key Criteria


  • Must be Philippine Registered Nurse
  • Strong English communication skills; comfortable with managing high volume of calls and emails.
  • Minimum of 1 year of extensive experience in medical report review
  • Experience in live medical transcription is highly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and task prioritization

Work setup:


  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): US Eastern Standard hours of 9:30AM to 6:30PM (8:30PM – 5:30AM PHT) with a full onsite model.
