What You'll Do
- Review and verify medical reports for completeness and accuracy
- Maintain and update documentation across systems and databases
- Handle inquiries and communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and internal standards
- Identify, flag, and escalate documentation or compliance issues
- Ensure timely submission of required reports and records
- Support audits and preparation activities
- Collaborate with teams to resolve QA concerns and improve processes
Key Criteria
- Must be Philippine Registered Nurse
- Strong English communication skills; comfortable with managing high volume of calls and emails.
- Minimum of 1 year of extensive experience in medical report review
- Experience in live medical transcription is highly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and task prioritization
Work setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): US Eastern Standard hours of 9:30AM to 6:30PM (8:30PM – 5:30AM PHT) with a full onsite model.
