Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Taguig, with some work-from-home flexibility, and field responsibilities in Taguig, Cebu, and Davao. Medical Representatives will promote assigned pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, provide accurate product and disease information, and build strong, ethical relationships with medical and pharmacy stakeholders. The role involves regular visits to clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies, organizing product presentations, and supporting medical events to drive awareness and appropriate use of Fosun Pharma's portfolio. Daily tasks include monitoring sales performance, managing territory plans, documenting customer interactions, and submitting timely reports in line with company policies. Medical Representatives will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and market access to support business objectives and ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management, product detailing, and goal-oriented selling.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage healthcare professionals, address inquiries, and maintain professional relationships.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy, or related life sciences, to understand products, indications, and treatment guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, or a related health or science field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare-related sales is an advantage, but motivated early-career candidates may also be considered.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage schedules across Taguig, Cebu, and Davao, and adapt to a hybrid work setup.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM tools) and strong organizational, reporting, and time-management skills.
- Commitment to ethical conduct, regulatory compliance, and a patient-centered approach in all professional activities.
