Role Description:

This is a full-time Medical Representative role based in Metro Manila. The Medical Representative will promote and detail I.E. Medica, Inc. products (Oncoology and Bone and Joint) to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and other medical stakeholders, in alignment with company guidelines and ethical standards.

Daily responsibilities include conducting sales visits, presenting product information, answering clinical and product-related inquiries, and maintaining strong professional relationships within assigned territories. The role involves monitoring market trends, gathering feedback from healthcare partners, and providing input to improve product positioning and customer experience. The Medical Representative will also prepare reports, manage samples and promotional materials, and collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales objectives and support broader access to quality medicines.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management and relationship building with healthcare professionals.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to deliver clear product information and provide responsive support to clients.
  • Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy to discuss therapeutic indications, dosage, and safety profiles accurately.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, or a related health or science field are preferred.
  • Additional beneficial qualifications include prior pharmaceutical sales experience, familiarity with regulatory and ethical standards, proficiency in MS Office tools, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently in the field.
