Role Description The Medical Representatives (Drug/Device/IVD - Taguig) role is a full-time hybrid position based in Taguig, with a mix of on-site client visits and some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves promoting assigned pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and in vitro diagnostic (IVD) solutions to healthcare professionals and institutions, ensuring accurate and compliant product information is communicated. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales calls, organizing product presentations, following up on inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders. The Medical Representative will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and will collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives, sales reporting, and territory planning. The role also requires adherence to regulatory and company compliance standards while meeting sales targets and service quality expectations.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management and relationship-building with healthcare professionals.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to present complex information clearly and respond to client needs professionally.
  • Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy, or a related healthcare or life sciences discipline.
  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, medical technology, nursing, biology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical, device, or IVD sales is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Taguig, manage schedules independently, and use CRM or sales reporting tools.
  • High level of integrity, adherence to ethical and regulatory standards, and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
