Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Representative role based in Cebu. The Medical Representative will promote and sell healthcare and pharmaceutical products to physicians, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies within an assigned territory. Responsibilities include conducting regular visits to healthcare providers, presenting product information, answering clinical and product-related questions, and ensuring appropriate product usage. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships, managing customer inquiries, and providing after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction. The Medical Representative will also monitor market trends, gather feedback, prepare reports, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and support business growth.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Medical Sales, including territory management and relationship building with healthcare professionals.
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Customer Service skills focused on responsiveness, problem-solving, and maintaining long-term client satisfaction.
- Foundational knowledge of Medicine to understand clinical contexts and discuss products accurately with healthcare providers.
- Basic to advanced understanding of Pharmacy principles, drug indications, and safe use of pharmaceutical products.
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related, science, business, or equivalent field is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Cebu, manage fieldwork efficiently, and meet targets with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in report writing, basic computer applications, and maintaining organized records.
