Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Representative role based in Iloilo. The Medical Representative will promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and clinic staff, while maintaining strong, trust-based relationships. Daily activities include scheduling and conducting sales visits, delivering product presentations, answering medical and product-related queries, and ensuring availability of products through regular follow-ups with accounts. The role involves monitoring market trends, gathering feedback from customers, coordinating with internal teams on orders and inventory, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. The Medical Representative will also support promotional campaigns, attend relevant medical events, and adhere to all regulatory and ethical standards in pharmaceutical sales.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in Medical Sales with at least 1 year in a pharmaceutical sales role.
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage healthcare professionals and respond to inquiries effectively.
Foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product indications, contraindications, and usage guidelines.
Proven ability to meet sales targets, manage a territory, and maintain organized records of calls, visits, and account status.
Bachelor's degree in a health-related, science, business, or similar field is preferred.
Comfort working on-site in Iloilo, with willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
Ethical approach to pharmaceutical promotion and compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM tools) and strong time-management skills.
