The Opportunity
The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting iNova Pharma Philippines products to healthcare professionals, building strong professional relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory while strictly complying with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. This role will be based in Ilo-ilo.
Key Accountabilities And Performance Indicators Include
Sales & Territory Management
- Promote iNova Pharma Philippines portfolio of ethical pharmaceutical products to doctors and key healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
- Achieve and consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Plan, organize, and execute daily field visits efficiently to maximize coverage and productivity.
- Develop and implement territory business plans aligned with company sales strategies.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term, professional relationships with healthcare professionals and accounts.
- Provide accurate, up-to-date medical and product information in line with approved marketing materials.
- Identify customer needs, address concerns appropriately, and support effective patient outcomes through ethical promotion.
Reporting & Administrative Duties
- Submit timely and accurate sales reports, call logs, activity reports, and expense claims.
- Monitor product movement, competitor activities, and market trends within the territory and provide actionable feedback to management.
- Maintain complete and accurate customer records in the company's CRM or reporting systems.
Compliance & Ethics
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, the Code of Ethics, and applicable Philippine laws and regulations governing pharmaceutical promotion.
- Attend required trainings, sales meetings, and performance review sessions.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience is preferred.
- Experience in physician detailing and territory management is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven, results-oriented, and highly motivated.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- With valid professional driver's license (where applicable).
