Job Summary
KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a detail-oriented
Medical Records Encoder (Entry-Level) to support secure medical file extraction and migration processes. This role is responsible for extracting, organizing, renaming, validating, and uploading patient PDF files from an existing EMR system to a designated Google Drive. Accuracy, confidentiality, and strict adherence to medical data handling standards are essential. The position requires prior experience in a medical account environment and full onsite availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract patient PDF files from the existing EMR system with complete accuracy.
- Rename files according to prescribed naming conventions and formatting standards.
- Organize files systematically within designated folders for structured retrieval.
- Upload validated files to assigned Google Drive folders following strict placement guidelines.
- Perform thorough validation and quality checks before final submission.
- Ensure strict compliance with medical data privacy and confidentiality standards at all times.
Job Requirements
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a Medical Account (BPO or healthcare environment required).
- Experience working with:
- EMR/EHR systems
- Medical documentation
- Patient records management
- Strong knowledge of file organization and naming conventions.
- Proficient in Google Drive and basic data management tools.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Willing to work full onsite.
- Able to handle confidential medical information responsibly.
