HIRING: SPANISH BILINGUAL MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST

Overview

Our client, a US-based medical practice, is looking for a Spanish Bilingual Medical Receptionist to be the friendly, organized voice patients hear first. If you're fluent in Spanish and English, comfortable juggling calls and scheduling, and genuinely enjoy helping patients feel taken care of, this role is built for you. You'll work directly with providers, care teams, and billing to keep the patient experience smooth from the first phone call to the day of their visit.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage patient registration, records, and insurance verification in the EMR system
• Handle incoming calls (Ring Central/Max Agent) and manage scheduling, including multi-resource appointments
• Guide patients on logistics like location, parking, and paperwork
• Liaise with billing and Care Teams on eligibility, collections, referrals, and patient needs
• Respond to patient portal scheduling requests

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken
• Prior experience in a medical receptionist, front desk, or patient coordinator role
• Strong phone presence — clear, patient, and professional under a busy call volume
• Detail-oriented, especially with insurance and patient data entry
