Job Description

Salary: P35,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (06:00 AM-03:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for

Skills Required

  • Degree in medical or office administration a plus
  • 2+ years experience in a reception, administration, clerical, or similar role
  • Experience with Medical Practices Software such as Best Practice, Pracsoft, Practice Hub or similar
  • Experience with Medical Accounting and Clinical Software such as Mediflex or similar
  • Competency with MS Office Suite

What will you do

    • Patient Communication: Effectively communicate with patients via phone, email, and virtual platforms. Schedule appointments, handle inquiries, and provide necessary information to patients in a courteous and empathetic manner.
    • Appointment Management: Coordinate and manage patient appointments, ensuring accurate scheduling and efficient utilization of clinic resources.
    • Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and appointment schedules in the clinic's practice management software.
    • Documentation: Prepare and process necessary medical forms, insurance claims, and other documentation to support the clinic's operations and compliance requirements.
    • Billing and Payments: Assist patients with billing inquiries, process payments, and work closely with the billing department to ensure accurate financial transactions.
    • Telehealth Support: Facilitate virtual appointments by assisting patients with technical setup, troubleshooting, and ensuring a smooth telehealth experience.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate with the clinic's medical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care, accurate information flow, and efficient operations.
    • Maintain Confidentiality: Adhere to strict patient privacy regulations (APP or HIPAA) and maintain the confidentiality of patient information..
