Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and confident Medical Receptionist to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls for a growing mental health practice. This role is critical in handling patient inquiries, scheduling consultations, and ensuring accurate EMR documentation. The ideal candidate is comfortable with fast-paced environments, communicates clearly in English, and can maintain professionalism and empathy on every call.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of calls daily (approximately 100-200 calls per day)
  • Manage both inbound and outbound calls with confidence and professionalism
  • Schedule patient consultations accurately and efficiently
  • Provide clear information to potential patients while maintaining a compassionate and supportive tone
  • Update and manage patient records in the CRM system
  • Follow call scripts, workflows, and scheduling protocols consistently
  • Meet daily and weekly call and scheduling targets

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and comprehension) non-negotiable
  • Proven experience handling high call volumes in a call center or similar environment
  • Strong confidence on the phone and ability to build rapport quickly
  • CRM management experience, specifically GoHighLevel
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior sales or appointment-setting experience
  • Background or exposure to mental health services or TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) is a plus
  • Experience working with healthcare or patient-facing roles
