Role Description

The Medical Program Coordinator will oversee the planning, execution, and management of medical programs and initiatives for Docquity. This full-time hybrid position involves working from our office in Taguig, with some flexibility for remote work. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, managing program timelines, providing exceptional customer service, ensuring clear communication, and supporting the development of program strategies and materials.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Validates/approves patient enrollment applications.

2. Orients patients on program scheme and details, assists on inquiries/clarifications

3. Provides patient support with any inquiries or AE management counselling, if needed

4. Initiate contact with patients who missed their dose

5. Coordinates with hospital pharmacists on sales transactions/medicine dispensing collection and clarifications

6. Supports hospital pharmacists on program or tools inquiries

7. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, guidelines, and industry standards on patient support programs.

8. Perform tasks assigned by the Manager

Technical Skills/ Functional Skills

1. Proficient in MS Office and Google application

2. Medical Thinking Skills

3. Experience in handling Onco Medicines.

Behavioural Skills

4. Self-Starter requires minimum supervision

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team

6. Must be keen to details and able to deliver effectively with minimal supervision and capable of multi-tasking

7. Exhibits excellent time management

8. Must be a pro-active team player, flexible, and ability to work in ambiguous situations
