Medical Overview and Business Data Analyst

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Cebu for a Medical Overview and Business Data Analyst. The role involves analyzing medical data trends to provide insights, conducting detailed business data analytics, and creating models to optimize business processes. The Analyst will prepare reports, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and effectively communicate data-driven recommendations to stakeholders for informed decision-making.

• Strong Analytical Skills, Data Analytics, and Statistics expertise
• Experience with Data Modeling to identify trends and optimize processes
• Effective verbal and written Communication skills for presenting insights and collaborating with teams
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, business intelligence software, and Microsoft Excel is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Prior experience in the insurance industry or a related field is a bonus
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team-oriented environment in Cebu
