Job Type: Full-Time Contractor

Workplace: Remote

Schedule: MondayFriday, U.S. business hours 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (PST)

About the J

obThe Medical Executive Assistant will support a growing physician practice with a mix of healthcare administration, executive support, and operational coordination. This role will be responsible for managing provider credentialing with hospitals and insurance companies, maintaining calendars, handling data entry, organizing sensitive medical documentation, and supporting EMR-related task

s.The ideal candidate for this role may also assist with insurance-related administrative work, including prior authorizations and patient pre op coordination when needed. In addition, the role will support ad hoc business and administrative projects, including conducting online research, building physician referral lists, compiling contact databases, and organizing information for outreach and operational follow-up. This position requires someone who can bring structure to a busy practice, work with minimal supervision, and take ownership of tasks from start to finis
